NRG company group provides complex servicing of thermal units or as they call it in western practice “total refractory management” (TRM). We were one of the first among the producers and suppliers of refractory produce in Ukraine that offered such a high level of service for our clients. Our customers receive a full service package, namely: manufacture and supplies of refractory produce; projecting, construction, maintenance and heat insulation of high-temperature thermal units; corrosion and chemical resistance of equipment and tankage, high-altitude works and engineering service. NRG company group was formed as a result of expansion of “Ukrogneupor” ltd. via the purchase of Belokamensk refractory plant in the city of Soledar in Donetsk region and the formation of “Ukrteplostroy” company. Practical experience and productive potential of the three companies taken together enables to solve the clients’ tasks at a high level within the shortest terms and at the least losses. Belokamensk refractory plant forms part of NRG company group, one of the major producers and suppliers of refractory produce, acid resistants and refractory heat insulators across CIS countries. The plant is comprised of the refractory section with the production capacity 82.000tns per year and a corundum section that is the only one in Ukraine with the productivity 13.000tns per year. The main kinds of the refractory produced at the plant are silica-alumina, namely: mullite, corundum-mullite and corundum wares. In the last years it has been increased the production of chamotte and high-alumina refractory (wares, mortars, pastes) used for lining the mine and rotating furnaces in lime kilning and cement industry as well as for high-temperature units of metallurgical, mechanical engineering, energetic oil and chemical and other fields of industry. The uniqueness of Belokamensk refractory plant is that it manufactures corundum wares for high-temperature thermal units with Al 2O3 max 99% content. “Ukrogneupor” company one the leaders in the complex supplies of all kinds of refractory from 11 refractory plants of Ukraine is located in Dnepropetrovsk. The enterprise exports Ukrainian refractory and imports the refractory and heat insulators not produced in Ukraine.
